Movement has always been a part of my life.
I was first introduced to the practice of yoga as a dancer and over time I began to see it was more than just moving your body - yoga was a way of moving through life with more intention, joy, and balance.
Recognizing the power of this transformative path, I embarked on a journey to educate myself with the simple goal of sharing the light of the practice with those around me. My first Yoga Teacher Training in Greece became a catalyst and a guiding tool in my journey towards well-being. I have learned to cultivate stillness in the mind, strength in the body, and peace in the present moment.
Driven by a desire to delve deeper into the science behind my experiences, I pursued further education in Psychology and the science of well-being. I aimed to understand how people attain and sustain well-being, and which methods and practices facilitate this state of flourishing.
